Due to the unique nature of antique and vintage furniture, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary.
Return Conditions
Returns may be considered under the following conditions:
- The item received does not match the description provided
- The item has damage that was not disclosed at the time of sale
- The item is not as represented in photographs or documentation
Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your return request. We will review each case individually and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Return Requirements
Items must be returned in the same condition as received:
- In original packaging, if applicable
- With all original documentation and certificates
- Without any damage or alterations
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a misrepresentation of the item.
Refund Processing
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Inspection Period
We recommend inspecting items upon delivery. Please report any concerns immediately. Items should be examined carefully as antique and vintage furniture may show signs of age and use consistent with their historical nature.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
